Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
This trip style is called "Grassroots". We will stay in budget standard hotels in each location we visit and transportation will be a mix of 2 overnight trains, public transportation and private vehicles.
The same trip can also be booked in the "Classic" style. The package will include higher class hotels, a flight from Delhi - Varanasi, overnight train journey in a 1 A/C car, and private vehicles throughout the tour.
