Jojo's Homestay in Darjeeling is a project looked after and maintained by Tathagata Journeys along with Jojo who is a local farmer. The homestay is located in the lap of the Himalayas, in a small farming community that believes in organic agricultural systems and fair-trade practices. It is a great place for local interaction and to experience the local lifestyle. There are four local homes, all owned by farmers who will take care of your necessities. Some of the homes have western style toilets.
Local cuisine served and local interaction is guaranteed while staying here. Located at the picturesque setting of a green valley with rivers, this will be a glimpse into the local rural life of the people in the Himalayan villages and agricultural communities.
