Responsible Tourism and Awareness through tourism and involvement through local community and businesses
Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
This tour employs local guides, home stays, and hotels that are all owned and run by locals. Young and passionate local girls and boys are preferred to guide the travellers. Smaller businesses like self-owned taxis by individuals are hired and employment is generated through means of tourism to all the sections of the society. Involvement of smaller communities while passing through villages to make hot lunch and tea for travellers are promoted.
